Jiangyin Ruihesheng Paper Products Co., Ltd. manufactures the closing and carrying elements of a foodservice package — box covers, cup and bowl lids, and paper bags. As a DINING ACCESSORIES manufacturer, we run these items on the same production base in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province as our clamshell boxes, trays, bowls and cups, so a takeaway set can be specified, printed and shipped as one coordinated order instead of being assembled from separate vendors.
Founded in 2004, we operate a 15,000 m² facility with more than 100 automated machines and an annual capacity in the billions of pieces. Flexographic and UV printing, auto-gluing, die-cutting and hot stamping lines sit under one roof, which is what allows a lid, a cover and a printed bag to share the same board grade, ink system and colour target.
Our Dining Accessories Range
The range is built around four accessory families. Each one closes, protects or carries a container we already produce, so dimensions and board grades can be matched to the box, bowl or cup they serve.
PAPER BOX COVER
A wrap-around cover in paperboard or corrugated board that adds protection to standard food boxes and provides a clean printable surface for logos, finishes and shelf presentation.
PAPER LID
A recyclable alternative to plastic lids for cups and bowls, engineered for rim fit, leak prevention and heat retention. Available as the 98 thick paper lid, the 115 stress-resistant lid and the 142 leakage-prevention lid.
custom PLASTIC LID
PP or PET lids with heat, moisture and impact resistance, moulded to a precise diameter for hot and cold beverages, sauces, desserts and takeaway containers.
PAPER BAG
Carry-out and retail bags in kraft and eco-conscious board, with handle and gusset options for delivery, counter service and branded merchandise.
Application Fit by Accessory Type
| Accessory | Typical application | Configuration variables |
|---|---|---|
| Paper box cover | Takeaway meal boxes, retail food boxes, display packs | Board grade, paperboard vs corrugated, wrap dimensions, print coverage |
| Paper lid | Hot and cold beverage cups, soup and noodle bowls | Rim diameter, board thickness, fit tolerance, barrier coating, sip or straw opening |
| Plastic lid | Beverage cups, sauce and dessert containers, takeaway bowls | PP or PET, diameter, vent or straw slot, clarity, stack height |
| Paper bag | Carry-out, delivery, retail and promotional use | Basis weight, handle type, gusset, print and finish |
Materials, Coatings and Compostability
Board selection drives both performance and end-of-life claims, so we confirm the material route before tooling is cut. FSC certified paper and post-consumer recycled pulp are available, printed with plant-based or water-based inks.
- Plastic-free barrier option using algae coating technology, without PE or PLA lamination
- TÜV industrial composting certification route for qualifying structures
- Biodegradable labels and adhesives for fully compostable assemblies
- PP and PET for plastic lids where heat, moisture and impact resistance are the priority
- Kraft, white and coated board grades for covers and bags
Fit, Seal and Dimensional Control
A lid that fits on the sample table is not the same as a lid that fits on a filling line. We work from the actual cup or container mouth diameter, wall thickness and rim profile, then set the lid geometry so retention force stays consistent across the run.
- Rim diameter and tolerance of the mating cup, bowl or box
- Lid retention and removal force for the intended serving method
- Leak resistance under tilt and transport vibration
- Heat retention for hot beverages and soup applications
- Stacking height and denesting behaviour for automated dispensers
- Cover wrap clearance where the cover slides over an existing box
Printing and Brand Identity
Covers, lids and bags are the surfaces customers touch last, and they carry brand weight. Flexographic and UV printing lines handle single-sided or double-sided decoration in spot colour or four-colour process, with water-based ink as the standard food-contact-conscious option.
Surface finishing includes hot stamping, partial UV, embossing and laminating. We also provide free structural design and rendering plus sampling, so a cover or bag shape can be reviewed as a physical piece before mass production begins.
Production Flow and Quality Control
Every accessory follows the same ten-stage route through our plant: raw material procurement, incoming material inspection, paper cutting, die-cutting and forming, printing, die cutting and moulding, bonding and assembly, finished-goods quality inspection, packaging, then warehousing and logistics.
Inspection at stage two and stage eight is where dimensional, strength and print quality are held to standard, and procedural controls keep batches traceable. Our quality system is supported by ISO9001, ISO22000, FSC, BRC and SGS certification, along with SABER, SYDEX, IAF and CNAS accreditations. Products ship to the USA, France, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other markets.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
A workable quotation needs the container, the serving condition and the artwork — not a general description. The list below is what our engineers work from.
- Mating container: cup, bowl or box model, mouth diameter and rim profile
- Application: hot or cold, liquid or solid, dine-in, delivery or retail
- Material and barrier preference, including compostable or plastic-free targets
- Print requirement: colours, coverage, finish and artwork files
- Order quantity, pack count per carton and pallet configuration
- Destination market and any labelling or compliance documentation required
- Target delivery window and preferred shipping mode
Packing, Documentation and Delivery Scope
Qualified accessories are counted, nested or flat-packed according to the item, then cartoned and palletised for container loading. Carton counts, pallet patterns and shipping marks are confirmed against the order before production closes.
Documentation follows the destination requirement, and OEM/ODM projects are supported from R&D through mass production with material and process recommendations matched to the application. Spare tooling and repeat-order consistency are handled through the same die and print records used for the original run.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which dining accessories does Ruihesheng manufacture?
We produce paper box covers, paper lids, plastic lids and paper bags, alongside our clamshell boxes, heavy-duty boxes, trays, bowls and cups. Because the accessories and the containers come from the same plant, dimensions and board grades can be matched as a set.
Can paper lids be matched to our existing cup rim diameter?
Yes. Send the cup mouth diameter, wall thickness and rim profile, and we will set the lid geometry accordingly. Our paper lid range includes the 98 thick paper lid, the 115 stress-resistant lid and the 142 leakage-prevention lid, which cover the most common beverage and soup formats.
Do you offer plastic-free and compostable accessory options?
We work with FSC certified paper, post-consumer recycled pulp, plant-based inks and an algae coating barrier that avoids PE and PLA lamination. Qualifying structures can be produced to a TÜV industrial composting certification route, with biodegradable labels and adhesives available.
Can covers, lids and bags be printed with our branding?
Flexographic and UV printing support single-sided or double-sided decoration in spot colour or four-colour process, with hot stamping, partial UV, embossing and laminating as finishing options. We also provide structural design, rendering and sampling before mass production.
What do you need to prepare a quotation for a custom accessory?
The mating container and its rim dimensions, the serving condition, material and barrier preference, print artwork, order quantity, carton and pallet requirements, destination market and target delivery window. With those inputs we can confirm structure, material and process route and return a configured proposal.
