Jiangyin Ruihesheng Paper Products Co., Ltd. has produced food-grade paper packaging in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province since 2004. Our PAPER NOODLE BOWL manufacturer line covers round strong-sealing bowls, microwavable bowls, insulated large-format bowls and kraft food buckets built for broth noodles, ramen, curry, rice and delivery combinations. We supply chain restaurants, catering distributors and private-label brands from a 15,000 m² facility equipped with more than 100 automated machines.
The range addresses one practical problem: hot, wet, sauce-heavy food has to travel without softening the board, leaking at the seam or collapsing under a lid. Die-cutting, forming, printing, gluing and inspection run on our own lines, so capacity, barrier choice and print finish stay under one roof.
Our Paper Noodle Bowl Range
Standard tooling covers the sizes most noodle and rice menus use, with kraft and white board options across the family. Nominal capacities below are the working volumes we quote against; actual fill depends on your portion weight and headspace requirement.
| Format | Nominal capacity | Construction | Typical menu fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 16OZ Strong sealing PAPER NOODLE BOWL | 16 oz | Round, reinforced sealing rim | Broth noodles, small soup portions, congee |
| 26OZ Microwavable Easy to carry PAPER NOODLE BOWL | 26 oz | Round, microwavable board | Ramen, curry, rice bowls, reheat menus |
| 32OZ Long heat preservation time PAPER NOODLE BOWL | 32 oz | Round, insulated wall | Large noodle portions, long-radius delivery |
| 16oz Kraft Paper Food Bucket | 16 oz | Bucket with wire handle | Street food, snack noodles, handheld service |
| 750ml Universal Grease-Resistant Takeout Box | 750 ml | Rectangular, grease-resistant | Stir-fried noodles, fried rice, single portions |
| 900ml Tall Grease-Resistant Food Box | 900 ml | Tall rectangular, grease-resistant | Pasta, noodle combos, layered dishes |
| 1000ml Eco-Friendly Kraft Paper Takeout Food Container | 1000 ml | Rectangular, kraft board | Family portions, meal kits, sharing boxes |
Where a menu sits between two formats, we build a sample in the smaller and larger size and let the fill test decide. The 16OZ Strong sealing PAPER NOODLE BOWL is the usual starting point for broth-based testing.
Where Each Format Fits
- Round noodle bowls — the default for soup noodles, ramen and curry. The circular rim takes a paper or plastic lid cleanly, and the tapered wall stacks tightly for storage and transport.
- Kraft buckets with wire handles — for counter service and street-food formats where the customer carries the food directly. The handle removes the need for a separate bag.
- Rectangular grease-resistant containers — for dry or lightly sauced noodles, fried rice and pasta, where a wide opening and low profile suit fork or chopstick service.
- Liquid-capacity formats — where a menu carries a high broth ratio, we match it against our general liquid paper bucket construction rather than a standard bowl.
Material and Barrier Selection
Bowls are formed from food-grade paperboard with a leak-resistant lining. The lining choice drives heat tolerance, grease resistance and end-of-life claims, so we confirm it against the menu rather than defaulting to one specification.
- PE lining — the established choice for hot broth and long hold times, with predictable sealing on high-speed rim forming.
- PLA lining — a compostable barrier for brands moving away from conventional plastic films.
- Plastic-free algae barrier coating — applied to FSC certified board for menus that need a coating-free structure.
- Kraft or white board — kraft for a natural, unbleached look; white for high-contrast print and full-colour graphics.
Board grade, lining and rim geometry are selected together. A heavier board improves rigidity but changes forming speed and stacking height, so we balance the three against your fill weight and packing target.
Critical Specifications We Confirm Before Production
- Top diameter, base diameter and height — set by the target fill volume and the lid or closure you intend to use.
- Board grammage and wall build — single-wall for short hold times, insulated wall for extended delivery radius.
- Seam and rim integrity — checked for leak resistance and for a clean lid seat after forming.
- Grease and moisture resistance — matched to sauce viscosity and oil content.
- Stacking height and nesting force — controlled so bowls separate easily at the service counter and pack efficiently in cartons.
- Microwave suitability — confirmed where the menu is reheated by the end customer.
Printing, Branding and Structural Customization
Flexographic and UV printing lines handle both high-volume runs and short branded programmes. We support single-sided and double-sided printing, spot colour and four-colour work, with water-based inks available for food-contact packaging.
- Surface finishing: hot stamping, partial UV, embossing and laminating.
- Structural development: free structural design and rendering, followed by physical sampling before tooling is committed.
- OEM and ODM programmes, from artwork adaptation through to mass production.
- Custom diameters, depths and rim profiles where standard tooling does not match the portion.
Production Flow and Quality Control
Every noodle bowl follows the same controlled sequence, with inspection points at incoming material and finished goods. Traceability is maintained batch to batch under our ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 systems, alongside FSC, BRC and SGS certification and international accreditations including SABER, SYDEX, IAF and CNAS.
- Raw material procurement — pulp, laminating materials and ink.
- Incoming inspection against production standards.
- Paper cutting to the required blank size.
- Die-cutting and forming of the base structure.
- Flexographic or UV printing of graphics and text.
- Die-cutting and moulding into the finished profile.
- Gluing, folding and assembly.
- Finished-goods inspection of dimensions, strength and print quality.
- Packaging of qualified product.
- Warehousing, order allocation and logistics dispatch.
Lids, Accessories and Packing Scope
Closure choice affects leak performance as much as the bowl itself. We supply matching paper lid and plastic lid options sized to the rim we produce, so the lid and bowl are validated as a pair rather than sourced separately.
- Paper lids for vented hot service; plastic lids for liquid-tight transport.
- Paper box covers and bags for multi-item delivery orders.
- Carton configuration, bundle count and pallet pattern agreed against your warehouse handling.
- Export packing suited to sea and air freight, with product protected against humidity in transit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which paper noodle bowl sizes can we order?
Standard tooling covers 16 oz, 26 oz and 32 oz round bowls, a 16 oz kraft bucket with wire handle, and 750 ml, 900 ml and 1000 ml rectangular containers. Custom diameters and depths are developed from a structural drawing and a physical sample.
Are the bowls suitable for broth and soup?
Yes. The strong-sealing rim and leak-resistant lining are designed for hot liquid service, and we validate the bowl and lid together so the closure holds during transport. For high broth ratios we recommend the liquid-capacity construction.
Can the bowls be microwaved by the end customer?
The 26OZ Microwavable Easy to carry PAPER NOODLE BOWL is built for reheating. Where a menu is microwaved, we confirm the lining and print combination against the reheat temperature before production.
What lining options do you offer?
PE lining for conventional hot service, PLA lining for compostable programmes, and a plastic-free algae barrier coating applied to FSC certified board. Kraft and white board are both available across the range.
Can we print our own brand on the bowls?
Flexographic and UV printing support single-sided and double-sided work, spot colour and four-colour graphics, with water-based inks available. Hot stamping, partial UV, embossing and laminating are offered as surface finishes.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Send the menu type, fill weight, serving temperature, hold time, lid requirement, artwork status, order volume, delivery schedule and destination market. With those inputs we can fix dimensions, board grade, lining and print and return a costed configuration.
